Reputation restoration, nationwide
The first page of Google is your reputation. Take it back.
Negative articles, fake reviews, mugshots, your home address on people-search sites. We remove what can be removed, push down what cannot, and publish the truth where it ranks. Fixed quote before any work. Pay on removal.
Removed
Content that breaks a law or a platform rule, taken down through the official route. You pay only when it is gone.
Restored
Page one rebuilt with accurate, well-ranked content about you, published on real news sites we own.
Protected
Weekly monitoring for a year after the work, included, so the next problem is caught in week one.
Free, confidential
See what is hurting you
Four quick questions. A person reviews it and replies within one business day.
What we do
Every damaging result has a route. We know all of them.
Each result on your page one gets checked against every removal route, and what cannot be removed gets a suppression plan with a target and a date. You see the whole map before you spend a dollar.
Negative search result removal
Takedowns of content that breaks the law or a platform’s rules, filed through the official route and tracked to the end.
Pay only when the content is down
Search result suppression
When a page cannot be removed, we publish and rank accurate content about you until it is pushed off page one.
Fixed monthly scope for a fixed term, usually six to twelve months
Review management
Fake and policy-breaking reviews disputed, the rest answered the right way, and a steady flow of real reviews built.
Disputes are pay-on-removal per review
Mugshot and public record removal
Arrest photos, booking pages and old court records taken down or pushed out of your search results.
Pay only when the page is down or de-indexed
Personal information removal
Your home address, phone, relatives and photos taken off people-search and data-broker sites, and kept off.
One-time clean-up, or a yearly protection plan that includes re-removal
Press, profiles and positive presence
Real stories and profiles on News Media House and its network, plus the listings and bios that should rank for your name.
Per placement, or included in a suppression plan
Reputation monitoring
Page one, page two, autocomplete, reviews and new mentions checked every week, with an alert the moment something changes.
Low flat monthly fee
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
- 01
Free review
Tell us the name or business. Within one business day we search it the way the public does, score every result and show you exactly what is hurting you and why.
- 02
Your plan and fixed quote
For every result: the removal route it qualifies for, or how and how fast we will push it down. A written scope, timeline and price before any work starts.
- 03
The work
Takedowns filed and followed to resolution. Accurate content published on real news sites and ranked. Reviews disputed and answered. A report of every step, every month.
- 04
Protection
Weekly monitoring for twelve months after the clean-up, included. New problems are caught in week one, not after a customer finds them.
Every step is reported. You can see exactly what was filed, what was published and where every result sits, every month.
Why we rank
We own the newsroom.
Suppression only works if the content you publish outranks the content you want buried. Most agencies rent space on other people’s sites. Our parent company, News Media House, runs a national network of local and topical news sites, so your accurate story is published on real news outlets with real authority, and it stays there.
- →Hundreds of local and topical news sites across all fifty states
- →Features, interviews and expert commentary, written by journalists, labelled honestly
- →Press release distribution and syndication across the network
- →You keep every article, profile and site we build
Our promises
Written into every agreement
Pay on removal
Removal work costs nothing until the content is down. No retainers, no monthly fee for takedowns.
Fixed quote, fixed term
Suppression and review programs are quoted in writing before work starts. The number does not move.
Removed again, free
If something we removed resurfaces, we remove it again at no charge, or refund the item.
Written targets
Every result gets a target position and a date. You see progress against it every month.
You own everything
Sites, profiles, articles and accounts we build are yours. Leave any time and keep all of it.
Nothing fake
No fake reviews, no invented stories, no bot networks. It is in the contract.
Who we help
Built for the people who get searched
Contractors and home services
One angry review, a Ripoff Report page or a licensing-board complaint shows up next to your name on every quote. Homeowners read it before they call you back.
Doctors, dentists and clinics
Healthgrades, Vitals, RateMDs, Yelp and Google each carry a rating, and HIPAA stops you from answering the way you would like to. A board action or lawsuit article can sit above your practice site for years.
Attorneys and law firms
Avvo and Google reviews from opposing parties, a bar complaint, a disgruntled former client’s blog. Your prospects are trained to research, and they research you.
Executives and founders
A lawsuit, a layoff story, a Glassdoor thread or a rumor on a forum attaches to your name during a raise, an acquisition or a job search, exactly when the stakes are highest.
Real estate and property
Tenant complaint pages, Zillow and Google reviews, a news story about a dispute. Buyers, sellers and tenants all search you first.
Private individuals
An old arrest, a news story from years ago, revenge content, a harassment campaign, a people-search page with your home address. You did not sign up for a public life.
Straight answers
Questions people ask us
Can you remove anything from Google?+
No, and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Content that breaks the law or a platform’s policy, such as personal information, private images, defamation found by a court, fake reviews, copyrighted material and many mugshot and data-broker pages, can often be removed. Lawful content that we cannot remove, we suppress by ranking accurate content above it. After the free review we tell you which of your results fall in which group.
How long does it take?+
Policy removals and data-broker opt-outs often take days to a few weeks. First movement in search results shows in six to twelve weeks. Pushing a strong result off page one usually takes three to six months. A stable, lasting page one takes six to twelve. You get the timeline for your specific results before you commit.
What does it cost?+
Removal work is pay-on-removal: a set price per item, charged only when it is down. Suppression and review programs are a fixed monthly scope for a fixed term, quoted after the free review. There are no retainers for removal, no surprise fees and no auto-renewal without your signature.
Do you guarantee results?+
We guarantee the things that are ours to guarantee. Removals: you pay only when the content is down, and if it comes back we remove it again free or refund the item. Suppression: a written target for each result and monthly reporting against it; if we miss the target at the end of the term, we keep working at no charge until we hit it. Nobody can guarantee what a platform or a court decides, and we will not pretend to.
Is it confidential?+
Yes, both ways. Who you are, what we addressed and how we did it stay between you and us. It is written into the agreement and survives the end of the work. We sign NDAs on request and never use a client as a case study without written permission.
Do you write fake reviews or fake articles?+
No. We do not post fake reviews, pose as customers, run bot networks or publish invented stories. Every review we help bring in comes from a real customer, every page we publish is accurate, and sponsored content is labelled as the law requires. Fake tactics get caught and make the problem worse.
