We guarantee what is ours to guarantee, and we say the rest out loud.
Reputation firms love the word “guaranteed”. Read the fine print and it usually means “we will keep trying”. Here is ours, in the same words that go into the agreement.
Pay on removal
Removal work costs nothing until the content is down. No retainers, no monthly fee for takedowns.
Fixed quote, fixed term
Suppression and review programs are quoted in writing before work starts. The number does not move.
Removed again, free
If something we removed resurfaces, we remove it again at no charge, or refund the item.
Written targets
Every result gets a target position and a date. You see progress against it every month.
You own everything
Sites, profiles, articles and accounts we build are yours. Leave any time and keep all of it.
Nothing fake
No fake reviews, no invented stories, no bot networks. It is in the contract.
Removals: pay on removal, re-removed free
Each result on your removal list has a price. You are charged for an item only when it is down or de-indexed, confirmed by us and visible to you. If the same content reappears at the same or a copycat URL, we remove it again at no charge. If it cannot be removed a second time, we refund that item in full.
Restoration plans: written targets, we keep working
Each negative result in a plan gets a target position and a date. You see progress against it every month. If a target is not met by the end of the term, we keep working on it at no additional charge until it is. The price you were quoted is the price for the term; it does not move.
Honesty: nothing fake, in the contract
We will not post fake reviews, pose as customers, run bot networks, buy followers or publish invented stories, and the agreement says so. If we ever did, you could terminate immediately with a full refund of the current month. Fake tactics get caught by platforms and make the original problem worse; we do not use them because they do not work, not only because they are wrong.
Confidentiality: survives the engagement
Who you are, what we addressed and how we did it stay between you and us, during the work and after. NDA on request before you share anything sensitive. No case studies without written permission.
What nobody can guarantee
Whether Google, a platform or a court grants a request is their decision, not ours. Nobody can guarantee the removal of lawful content, and anyone who promises it is misleading you. What we can do is tell you which results qualify and which do not before you spend anything, and charge you for removals only when they happen.
