Everything people ask before they call

Can you remove anything from Google?+

No, and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Content that breaks the law or a platform’s policy, such as personal information, private images, defamation found by a court, fake reviews, copyrighted material and many mugshot and data-broker pages, can often be removed. Lawful content that we cannot remove, we suppress by ranking accurate content above it. After the free review we tell you which of your results fall in which group.

How long does it take?+

Policy removals and data-broker opt-outs often take days to a few weeks. First movement in search results shows in six to twelve weeks. Pushing a strong result off page one usually takes three to six months. A stable, lasting page one takes six to twelve. You get the timeline for your specific results before you commit.

What does it cost?+

Removal work is pay-on-removal: a set price per item, charged only when it is down. Suppression and review programs are a fixed monthly scope for a fixed term, quoted after the free review. There are no retainers for removal, no surprise fees and no auto-renewal without your signature.

Do you guarantee results?+

We guarantee the things that are ours to guarantee. Removals: you pay only when the content is down, and if it comes back we remove it again free or refund the item. Suppression: a written target for each result and monthly reporting against it; if we miss the target at the end of the term, we keep working at no charge until we hit it. Nobody can guarantee what a platform or a court decides, and we will not pretend to.

Is it confidential?+

Yes, both ways. Who you are, what we addressed and how we did it stay between you and us. It is written into the agreement and survives the end of the work. We sign NDAs on request and never use a client as a case study without written permission.

Do you write fake reviews or fake articles?+

No. We do not post fake reviews, pose as customers, run bot networks or publish invented stories. Every review we help bring in comes from a real customer, every page we publish is accurate, and sponsored content is labelled as the law requires. Fake tactics get caught and make the problem worse.

Will people know I used a reputation service?+

No. The work leaves no public footprint. What we publish is about you and your work, not about the problem being fixed, and we keep removals quiet so they do not draw attention to the content.

Are you a law firm?+

No. We are a reputation firm. When a case needs a court, such as a defamation judgment or an expungement that unlocks a removal, we work with your attorney or introduce you to one we trust.

Do you need my passwords?+

Almost never. For Google Business Profile or review responses, adding us as a manager is enough. Everything we build for you lives in accounts you own; when the work ends, you keep every site, profile and article.

Who is behind Reputation Restoration?+

We are part of News Media House, which runs a national network of local and topical news sites. That is why our suppression work ranks: we publish on real news sites we own rather than renting space on someone else’s.

Can you remove any search result?+

No. Only content that breaks a law or a platform rule can be removed, and the platform makes the final call. We tell you up front which of your results qualify and which do not. Lawful content we cannot remove, we suppress.

What if it comes back?+

If content we removed reappears at the same or a copycat URL, we remove it again at no charge. If it cannot be removed a second time, we refund that item.

How long does suppression take?+

First movement usually shows in six to twelve weeks. Pushing a strong result off page one typically takes three to six months. A stable page one takes six to twelve. We show you the timeline for your specific results before you commit.

Is this just flooding the internet with filler?+

No. Thin content does not rank and does not last. Everything we publish is accurate, about you and your work, and would be worth reading on its own.

Can you delete a bad review that is real?+

No, and neither can anyone else honestly. We dispute reviews that break platform rules, and we help you respond to genuine ones so a reader sees a business that listens.

My case was dismissed. Can the mugshot be removed?+

Usually yes. Most mugshot sites and Google treat dismissed, expunged and sealed cases as removable with documentation. We handle the filings.

Why does my information keep coming back?+

Brokers rebuild their records from public sources every few months. A one-time removal helps for a while; a protection plan re-checks and re-files so it stays gone.

Is the coverage labelled as paid?+

Sponsored content is labelled as such, as the law requires. Editorial features are published when the story merits it. We never disguise one as the other.

Do I need monitoring if nothing is wrong?+

That is exactly when it is cheapest. Catching a new result in week one is far less work than moving it after it has been on page one for a year.
